From Anduze… an unmissable trip to the horizons of the Camargue gardoise for a total change of scenery! The natural and preserved sandy beaches, the bird reserve, the typical villages… a beautiful diversity.

The different villages

The Grau-du-Roi is a fishing port, 18 km of beaches and small houses that blend into the wilderness and the first marina in Europe… the beautiful and long beach of Espiguette is waiting for you! to bask in the sun or go horseback riding along the beach.

And if you feel like old stones and history go a few kilometres away to Aigues-Mortes to visit the ramparts or to make the salines of Aigues-Mortes, you will probably see there along the canal of pink flamingos. Keep your eyes open!

And don’t forget that you are in Camargue! Bulls, manade, knives, salts, its wines, leather work… Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, a typically Camargue village, awaits you for a little trip on the tourist train.

Seaside activities

horseback riding, swimming, boat rental for a sea ride, also enjoy the straw huts and beach bars set up on the various beaches of Occitania! You can also rent bicycles and stroll along the sea or go to the seaquarium of the grau du roi to discover, understand and preserve the marine environment, a great family outing in the Gard!

Campsite at 45 mn from the sea

Flower Camping les Fauvettes in the Gard is located 45 to min from Palavas. You will take advantage of its ideal location between the sea and mountain to discover to discover the Gard and its beautiful landscapes.

During your stay at the Anduze campsite, you can stroll along the 7km of fine sandy beach that runs alongside the mediterranean sea, to visit Nîmes and discover its gastronomy. But also, enjoy the “big blue”, swim there, relax, stroll through the shopping streets of Palavas, eat an ice cream…

Anduze, at the gates of the Cevennes, is the ideal choice to find your feet in the water!
